The Essential plan (₱5,000/mo) covers 3–6 devices with online helpdesk support via WhatsApp and email during business hours, remote troubleshooting, 1 free on-site visit per month, and Windows updates, driver updates, plus basic security setup. Extra on-site visits beyond the included one are billed at ₱2,000/hr with a 1-hour minimum.
No contracts, ever. All plans are month-to-month — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business through good service than hold you to a commitment. If we're not solving your problems, you shouldn't be paying for us.
It depends on your plan. Essential clients get a response within 24–48 hours. Standard clients are covered by a 6-8 hour SLA. Premium clients get direct founder access with a 2-hour target response. For critical outages affecting operations, we always move fast regardless of tier.
Easy — just message us and we'll move you up. Plans are designed to scale with your business. Going from 6 to 12 devices? We'll upgrade you to Standard starting the next billing month with zero disruption to your service. We'll also proactively flag when your setup is approaching the limits of your current tier.
None. Your monthly retainer covers everything listed in your plan — no surprise per-incident invoices, no "oh that's not included" moments. The only extras are additional on-site visits beyond your included count and device overages on the Premium plan, both of which are clearly stated upfront before you commit to anything.
Yes. For businesses starting from scratch, we offer a standalone Onboarding package (₱10,000) that covers full network setup, Windows workgroup configuration, and staff tech orientation. It's a one-time fee, separate from the monthly retainer. Standard and Premium plans include ongoing network maintenance — file sharing, printer setup, and general connectivity.
